Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 October 2026 · PG Docs AI (pgsofts.org)
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of PG Docs AI, operated at pgsofts.org (the “Service”). By creating an account you accept them.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept on its behalf.
2. Your content and responsibilities
You retain all rights to the documents and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you.
You are responsible for having the right to upload and process the documents you upload, and for how your workspace members use the Service.
Do not upload content that is unlawful, or use the Service to infringe others' rights.
3. AI-generated output
Summaries, extractions, comparisons, reports and chat answers are generated by AI models from Your Content. They may be incomplete or wrong. Citations show the source used, but you remain responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them — especially for legal, financial or compliance decisions.
Do not input content into the Service if its terms prohibit third-party AI processing.
4. Accounts, workspaces and fair use
Keep your credentials confidential. Workspace owners manage members, roles and API keys.
The Service enforces rate limits per workspace. We may suspend workspaces that abuse the Service or attempt to overload it.
5. API keys and provider charges
If you configure your own AI provider key, calls made for your workspace are billed by that provider to your account. We store the key encrypted and never display it after creation.
Server-configured keys, where offered, are metered per workspace and subject to plan limits.
6. Billing
Paid plans bill monthly in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Fees exclude taxes, which you pay in addition where applicable.
7. Service availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features; material reductions to a paid plan will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
8. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of London have exclusive jurisdiction.
